The FCT District Court Rules, 2021 is a law that was enacted to provide a procedural guide to those who come before the District Court to seek Judicial Remedies. The FCT District Court Rules 2021 regulates the conduct of parties before the District Court. It is a subsidiary law made pursuant to the District Court Act. FCT District Rules 2021 has 32 Orders and 3 Schedules and was signed into law by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on 6th October 2021. The law has revoked (abolished) the District Court Rules 1960.
