On Wednesday 6th September 2023, a Five-Man Panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) delivered judgment on separate Petitions filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and PDP, Mr Peter Gregory Obi, and LP as well as the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) against APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Kashim Shettima and INEC challenging the conduct of the elections that brought President Tinubu and his Vice, Sen. Kashim Shettima into power.
