Legal Practitioners (Remuneration for Business, Legal Services, And Representation) Order,2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 (3) of the Legal Practitioners Act and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Legal Practitioners Remuneration Committee makes the following Order.
The Order was made on 5th June 2023 and has 15 paragraphs and schedules.
The new Order covers legal practitioners’ remuneration for business, legal services, and legal representation, unlike the revoked order which covered only remuneration for legal documentation and other land matters.
