It Is A Crime To Run Recruitment and Employment Consultancy Services Without A License In Nigeria.

No person, group of persons, company or firm is permitted to render recruitment, employment and job hunting consultancy services in Nigeria without a license from the Minister of Employment, Labour and Productivity. Rendering such services without a license is a criminal offence punishable with 5 years imprisonment among others.
