The rules was made on the 7th day of April 2015 by HON. JUSTICE, BABATUNDE ADENIRAN ADEJUMO, OFR, MCIArb, GFISMN, CFIAR, FCIArb, FNILS, President, National Industrial Court of Nigeria in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 254(C)(3), 254F(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended by the Third Alteration Act, 2010) and Section 36 of the National Industrial Court Act, 2006 and Article 2 Paragraph (5) of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre Instrument, 2015, and other powers enabling him on that behalf.
The Rules was made to govern the Practice and Procedure at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria.
The rules is divided into about 5 Orders.
