The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) through this publication made in the National Gazette and under the provision of section 12 of the Bank and Other Financial Institutions Act, 2020 has revoked the operating licences of microfinance banks (MfBs), Finance Companies and Primary Mortgage Banks (PMBs) as stated in Schedules I, II, and II respectively attached to this publication.
