When a New Marriage Is Invalid and A Crime. Where a spouse already married via a Customary/Native/Traditional Marriage goes on without a divorce to marry another person via an English/Statutory/Court Marriage such new Marriage is invalid, Null and Void. It is also an offence punishable with 5 years imprisonment.
