Only the state high courts across Nigeria can entertain land dispute cases and land compensation cases. Hence, Magistrate Court, Federal High Court and Area Courts cannot handles pure cases of land dispute. It is only the State High Courts across the states in Nigeria that can handle land cases. However, appeal over such cases can move from State High Courts to the Court of Appeal and from there to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.  Now you know the Courts for Land Cases In Nigeria
