The INEC Manual for Election Officials provides basic operational instructions and guidance on processes and procedures for the conduct of elections Nigeria. The Electoral Institute has packaged the publication, in a most simplified manner, based on the provisions of the Electoral Law and the Commission’s Guidelines governing the conduct of elections in the country. This edition of the manual also incorporates relevant legal provisions and requirements of the Electoral Act 2022.
