Punishment for Illegal Dealing on Petroleum Products

There is punishment for any illegal dealing on petroleum products in any part of Nigeria. It is a criminal offence punishable with Life Imprisonment for any person to deal, package, hawk, sell or trade on Petroleum or petroleum products without license. See section 1(17) of the Miscellaneous Offences Act.
